I agree with Bob Cornwell. I have found the best crime reads of the past few years to be those in transaltion. Eg; Pierre Magnan and Jean-Christophe Grange, not to mention my favourite, the late friedrich Durrenmatt. We could learn a lot from these writers. They dare to be different! Nuff said.
