I loved Studs Terkel. His anecdotes were fantastic, like the time someone on Wall Street was complaining about unions at a bus stop. Terkel pushed the guy against a wall and said, "the reason you have an 8-hour day, paid sick pay, medical insurance, a pension, is all because of what the unions fought for!"
