A series that started off pretty good with WALKING MONEY gets even better in this second book featuring FDLE agent Bill Tasker, a generally good guy with an unfortunate habit of pissing off FBI agents and landing himself into various kinds of trouble. This time he's tracking down a mad bomber, but wouldn't you know it? Bureaucracy finds a way to mess things up royally. Especially well done here is the depiction of Tasker's family loyalty and his complex relationship with ex-wife Donna. Bring on number 3.
