I am so in love with this novel it is not even funny. The story, the characters, the unbelievable heartbreak and menace at its forefront, and yet it stays so subtle and mysterious all thanks to Martin's incredible skill with narrative and the written word. I almost never cry while reading books but this one gave me some very pronounced lumps. Read this book and cherish it for as long as you can.
